Sarah Devereaux
Managing Director / ICF Coach Trainer

Sarah is a passionate ICF Coach Trainer who wholeheartedly believes in the power of professional coaching.

Sarah has spent much of her working life as a Coach Trainer concentrating her efforts on the development of effective coaching techniques within coaches. Sarah holds her Coaching Credentials through the International Coach Federation as well as the Australia New Zealand Institute of Coaching. She has overseen the implementation of a variety of successful coaching programmes throughout New Zealand. As an ICF Coach Trainer, Sarah is passionate about passing on her innate coaching knowledge to professionals who aspire to create positive change.


Ingeborg Russ
Executive Coach / Leadership Trainer

Ingeborg is an inspiring Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer with a passion for influencing managers and leaders within the corporate world.

For almost 20 years Ingeborg has been involved with Coaching and Training in both national and international contexts. Ingeborg has a number of qualifications in the fields of teaching, training, coaching and psychotherapy as well as extensive experience within the leadership field. Ingeborg’s passion and experience adds richness and depth to her Executive Coaching and Leadership Training roles within Empowered Leadership.


Jo Lanigan
Business Relations Manager / Coach Trainer

Jo is an inspirational Trainer and Coach who is aligned with the international Coach federation. She is passionate about helping people achieve optimum success within their careers and their personal lives.

Jo has had many years of corporate leadership experience and over recent years has worked within a Coach Training and Mentoring capacity. Throughout her career  Jo has engaged in extensive motivational speaking throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Jo’s leadership and coaching experience make her a valuable asset to the Empowered Leadership team.
